Weight Loss - Week 7
I'm being lazy this week and letting Bazkaz's comment be week 7s blog. Week 7 Update. Well I found out last night that I'm supposed to be weighing myself in the morning just after I wake up and take a trip to the WC. This helps account for some of the fluxuations I've been seeing. So as of 12/12 I'm down 10 pounds from my starting weight. Did a lot of walking while carrying heavy things yesterday... I was Christmas shopping at the mall. Those bags plus pushing my daughter around all that time was a good workout. Hehe. By Bazkaz

Wow, you guys really arent trying that hard. I was expecting more effort :(
Ever heard of a gym? Ever heard of a stairclimber/tredmill? wont even mention weights, since for sure you havnt heard of that since you eat Pizza Hut and count walking in the mall as a cardio event worth posting :D
I am rooting for pale... he seems to be doing best, you should interview him about what he is doing and post.
STOP EATING PIZZA!!! Eat chicken + salads!!!

It's the weight loss regime of very busy entrepreneurs. ;-)
Bazkaz : After I had the flu I got a cold so I'm still not back at full strength. I reckon I did too much work after I got back. Just got a whole bunch of bills to pay soon and I havent done any work recently to pay them. What can you do though when you're self employed?

inv: You mean those colored things that sit on floor collecting dust? Actually I have picked up the weights a few times. I have cut way back on the cookies, junk food and pizza hut. Heavy on the chicken and salads. =)
Weir: Sounds like a vicious cycle. Hope you start feeling better soon.
